Students from Singapore’s Anderson Junior College and St Josephs’s Institute junior were involved in a world first experiential leadership program during the may holidays. Under the guidance of Dr Garry Tester, CEO, Miss Sydney Nusbaum, Program Coordinator, who has recently joined the team from Vancourver, Canada and Mr Daniel Rowe, Mentor, the selected students wre involced in cognitive audits of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership capabilities along with ‘hands on’ activities of new learning and development in communication, conflict resolution, values and risk managment.
All students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were presented with certificates of succe4ss, a parent report and linked (24/7) to their Sports Challenge mentors on our website for ongoing support.
St Joseph’s institute Junior selected boys, like Anderson JC showed outstanding potential and commitment to be the future leaders of Singapore.
